Recurring Cleaning Schedule (Client-Visit Planner) Template — Free PDF & Editable Download

Search for a recurring cleaning schedule and you will mostly find household chore charts. A cleaning business needs the other thing: a weekly planner that shows which client is visited on which day, by which team, with the roster behind it — frequency, duration, and where the access details live. This is that planner: one week grid for the wall or the van, and a client roster that feeds it.

What's included

Who should use it

How to use it

  1. List every recurring client in the roster first — frequency, visit day, duration, and where their access details are filed (the intake form).
  2. Place each client into the week grid by day and time block; fortnightly clients get their week marked (week A / week B) in the cell.
  3. Keep the grid where the team can see it; when a client changes day or pauses, update the roster first, then the grid.
  4. Review monthly: the grid shows unbalanced days and travelling gaps that are invisible client by client.

Printing & customization

Prints on a single Letter or A4 page in portrait; for a wall planner, print the grid page at the largest size your printer allows. The roster is designed to be reprinted whenever a client joins or leaves.

Usage licence

Free for your own business use — print it, fill it in, adapt the editable version, use it with your clients, as often as you like. Please do not redistribute the blank files, upload them to other template libraries, or resell them; if a fellow cleaner could use it, link them to this page instead. FormNest keeps the copyright in the underlying design.

Frequently asked questions

How do I show fortnightly clients on a weekly grid?

Mark the cell with the week pattern — for example 'Smith (A)' for week A and nothing in week B, or print two grids, Week A and Week B. The roster's frequency column is the record; the grid is the week in front of you.

Is this a schedule for my home or for my business?

For your business — it plans client visits, not household chores. If you searched for a home routine chart, the house cleaning checklist on this site is closer to that job; this planner is the operations document behind a cleaning round.

What should the 'access details filed' column say?

A reference to where the client's intake form is kept (folder, file name or number) — not the alarm code itself. Keys and codes belong on the intake form, stored securely, not on a wall planner.

How far ahead should I plan?

The grid is one week; the roster is the whole round. Most small businesses reprint the grid when the roster changes and review the balance of days about monthly.
