Every document on FormNest is free for your own business use. You may download it, print it, fill it in, adapt the editable version to your business, and use the resulting documents with your own clients, as often as you like, forever, at no charge.
Please do not redistribute the blank template files (by upload, email packs, or any other channel), publish them in another template library or marketplace, or sell them or include them in a paid product. If someone else could use a document, link them to its page here — linking is always welcome and costs them the same nothing.
FormNest retains the copyright in the design and wording of the templates themselves. Documents you produce by filling them in for your business are yours.
If these terms change, the new version will be published here. Documents already downloaded remain usable under the terms in force when you downloaded them.
